Review: I loved both of these characters. Mackenzie is sweet and determined without being weak or overly pushy; Hawk is rough around the edges but incredibly loving; and the supporting characters, especially the Hunter family, add the perfect sense of reality to the mix. Ms. Stone’s tale of romance amid danger and mayhem with just a little humor to balance things out provided a delightful read.

Despite a few redundancies and inconsistencies in dialogue and behavior, Case of Love is well written and a fun read overall. I would recommend it as an exciting escape.

I adored both Samantha and David. David was an Alpha male who saw what he wanted and took it. He has a heart of gold but a bad boy persona. Only those closest to David know just what a genuine person he is. Samantha is a woman with her own mind even if she dose lose it whenever she is around David. She is smart and stands for what she thinks is right. The love that grows between these two is a beautiful thing to read.

Fran Lee weaves a great story about lust, trust and most of all love. With characters full of depth and emotion that show us that if you are willing to take that jump you may just find the love of your life.

This book had me glued to the pages from the very beginning. Out Of Her Dreams is a lovely story that should not be missed.

Three Wrong Turns in the Desert was my first read from Author Neil Plakcy. The story is fascinating - adventurous and plenty of hot man sex - but I found it hard to get through the editing. Quite a few typos and the character's names were switched a couple of times, which totally pulled me out of the story. But I kept reading. Aidan Greene is over being treated like a doormat, and to forget his woes and his ex, without much planning, he agrees to take on an ESL teaching position overseas. I like the way Plakcy sets up his characters. Aidan was believably naive; and Liam, the hunky bodyguard Aidan finds himself falling for, is equally well-drawn in all his secretive, uncompromising take-charge self. Admittedly though, I enjoy stories with a more "real" feel to them. I don't know about you, but if I were in a foreign land and under constant threat of being snuffed out, I'm not sure I would flippantly engage in wild sex in the sand with a dune the only thing separating my man and I from a camp full of suspicious characters. Funny thing was though, the adventure pulled me into the story. So well that even though I found myself rolling my eyes and declaring "whatever" at some of the crazy sexcapades Aidan and Liam engaged in, I couldn't put this book down. Perplexing, to say the least, but I will definitely be reading more from Author Neil Plakcy--if just for his awesome adventures! I find it hard to rate this book. I'd easily give it 4 whips for the story even with the unbelievable but unbelievably hot sex, but I think if the editing were better and I wouldn't have been pulled out so many times, I may have enjoyed it more.

Sara brought her world to life in this scifi short story. Ava is a believable and likable heroine, while Jaron is a yummy hero. When the two get together the lust fest is on! The scenes are juicy, vivid, and descriptive--not much imagination required. It read like a much longer book, even though its packed into 79 pages. The author did an excellent job of bringing to life her characters in such a short time, and of tying up any loose ends. I would recommend this read to anyone looking for reason to get their (and perhaps a partner's) pulse rate up!

Review: I've read other books with firefighters as main characters. Yet, this story went into more detail about the job and the feelings the firefighters experience when doing their job. There is a touch of paranormal elements in this story that put a twist in the adventure of Ben and Hadyn. Personally, this was a little too dark for me. I'd still like to read this author in the future.

Review: These two characters, Mia and Josh, struck a nerve with me. I don't know if it was their background they shared. They just wormed their way into my heart. There is definitely some twists and turns in the plot that will have your head spinning, just a little. Don't worry, things do get resolved. You'll just have to pick up the book to see how it ends. Definitely, would love to read more of Tracy Sharp's work in the future.

The love that forms between them is a wonderful thing to see.Cass must learn to trust and love again. Will Matt and David be able to show Cass and convince her before it is to late? Missy Martine writes weaves a beautiful story in Table For Three. This story is a wonderful read and should not be missed. I was hooked from the first page. I will certainly be looking for more books to come from this author.

Review: I loved this book from the very first page. Violet summers treats the reader to a wonderful story entwined with love and sensuality. After Cassidy Anderson looses her husband she moves to Detroit with her young daughter to heal. When she finds a book her sister has left behind on the world of BDSM she is intrigued. Cassidy decides that she is interested in this world enough to go online and investigate. She soon develops a relationship with a Dom. Little does she know that this Dom in particular is Dorian Jenner an undercover police officer and a friend of her brother in law. From their first encounter Dorian knows that she is the one for him but Cassidy has shut down and is too fearful of opening and giving her heart again. Cassidy soon realizes that she loves him but it seems every time they have a problem she runs.Can Dorian show Cassidy how much she is cherished? Has Cassidy run away one too many times? Cassidy is a great woman. I loved seeing her grow and blossom. Learning to trust in Dorian and their love. Dorian well what can I say he is one Alpha male. He was so patient with Cassidy as he tried to show her his love and gain her trust. She is his world and he would do anything for her but it must be her choice. This book sizzles right off the pages and the scene in the club with Gregori was very hot.Unmasking Dorian is definitely not to be missed. I know I will be looking for more from this series. As well as going back and reading the ones before this one that I have missed.

Review: Having read some of Kissa Starlings other books I jumped at the chance to read this one. This one was definitely an interesting concept. Who would have thought of an adult theme park and one that seemed to be as big as some of the major theme parks already out there that we know of. So many different rooms and rides what fun a person could have if this really existed. Swing Pointe is a short and quick read, a light and entertaining story.

The love and trust between Grace and Mark was a beautiful thing to read. Their open marriage allows them to play with many of the guest at their theme park and play they do. After being introduced to some of the parks major employees we follow Grace on her rounds around the park. As she realizes her dreams of owning such a park she enjoys herself in many ways. Even though separately Grace and Mark both enjoyed the park, the one thing they most enjoyed was each other. The scene between Grace, Mark and Greg before the theme park even opened was definitely a scorcher. Once again Kissa Starling doesn’t disappoint the reader. This book is a hot read not to be missed. I enjoyed this story from the beginning to end, it was a fun read and kept me entertained all the way to the finish.

The love scenes are intensely passionate and juicy leaving nothing to the imagination. Unfortunately, the story’s pace slows down and I found myself struggling to finish it midway through. It’s a decent read, don’t get me wrong, but maybe wait to buy it when it goes on sale.

I cannot give Bite Me a perfect score due to a few typos and technical errors and a fairly wordy and somewhat unnecessary prologue, but I would recommend it to anyone who loves an alpha male and a woman strong enough to handle him. In a nutshell, Bite Me is yummy.

She is also the woman who has never had an orgasm and is willing to go to great lengths to get one from a sexy stranger dressed in black and a pair of cowboy boots. I love the suspense in this story and the drama. There is enough to keep the pages turning as quick as the reader can go. If you enjoy a walk on the wild side with a sexy mysterious cowboy than this a book you cannot miss.

With its powerful and highly erotic scenes this book is an intense read and not for someone who blushes easily. Sylvie Kaye has written a story with an intriguing plot that has the reader wondering where these two characters are going. There are some secondary characters in this book that play a role in the story and the outcome. Sylvie Kaye is an author to watch out for, she’s multi-talented, writing in different genres, and can heat up the cold nights ahead of us.

I feel in love with him the moment I met him (if only in real life…sigh) and he kept charming me. Marty is a woman on a mission. Secondary characters can be tricky to pull off in a story, especially one so short, but Ms. Valentine did a wonderful job. The secondary characters played a major role in this story. The tension, the twists, the turns, will take your breath away. The reader will never expect the next wave of desire and the sex will blow your mind and leave you panting for more. I just can’t say enough about this story and I just can’t express in words how much I loved it!

Hands down my favorite paranormal story of 2009!! If you don’t check this story out…and you are a paranormal reader…than it’s your loss. You won’t read a story like this again!

Even with all his macho pride he still had his doubts and insecurities. The bond that formed between these two was a beautiful thing to read. All the men are very male and the sex scenes were delicious and prevalent. Igive it three and a half whips because even for the stretching, I did like it and would recommend it to someone who wants a new face on their shifters.

Janelle and Jake fall in love after meeting one another in a interesting way driven by dreams that match. Jake goes off to war in Iraq and returns not the same man. Janelle waits for him and tries to make his homecoming a joyful one but he rejects her efforts. She introduces him to his baby son. The couple faces many issues but find a way to resolve them through the similar dreams that haunt them and the love for each other.

The story had an interesting twist that left me turning the pages. The characters developed nicely and became so real. Janelle was a delight; Jake a true soldier who lost his buddy and you could feel his pain. The characters in both of their dreams, Regina and Charles came to life as well. The plot was different but interesting to say the least. I liked it but thought the author could have elaborated more on a few of the scenes. Some seemed to be cut short.

I recommend this book as an interesting read that was well done.

Of all the Lanyon books I've read to date, I would have to say, Out of the Blue is some of Lanyon's best writing yet—Witty, charming, amazingly sensual, and funny—Well, that describes all Lanyon books, but there was something different about this one. I noticed the style is different compared to his other books, but if anything, his choice aids in the action, making the action concise—faster—better. Lanyon hits all the right buttons with his story of lost love and new beginnings set in France during WWI. British ace Bat Bryant and American pilot Cowboy Cooper seem an unlikely pair, yet Lanyon fashions the perfect scenario, feeding into a confrontation that plays out well. Against the odds and despite their wills, Bat and Cowboy work—and they work each other over pretty darn well throughout this story—did I forget to mention this story is hot? And Lanyon writes in these two men's emotions so perfectly, the story is utterly romantic on top of erotic. I give Out of the Blue the ultimate 5 whips, because I have read the story three times in the past week and have laughed aloud and gotten hot and bothered all over again with each reading. It is that good, truly. Readers of historical military and/or M/M erotic romance will absolutely want this one!

I give Wicked Destiny five smacks because I think anyone who likes short and hot will love it. It's a quick read and worth every sweaty minute.

Not everyone will find it to their taste but I give it four flames because it was an interesting book and those aren't always easy to find.

Review: If anyone should know, a Prima Lux vampire, heir to her father’s throne, should know. Werewolves make great servants and pretty good bodyguards, but that’s it. One doesn’t feed off them or, heaven forbid, fall in love with them. But that’s just what’s happening between Lia and Jericho in this story, and between their taboo love and the assassination attempts going on in the background, things don’t look good for any kind of happily ever after. Are we looking at another Romeo and Juliet incident??

This was a nice little fast moving story. I was worried about what would happen in then end, with all the action going on around Lia and Jericho. There were a few nice spicy scenes that illustrated just how hot things can be between two people who really want each other. I’d recommend this story for a nice sultry afternoon.
